Do you really make everything yourself?

Yes! We do! We have a special setup in our office space that's just for making our bath products. Please be aware that, while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination with allergens such as gluten, milk, egg, or peanuts, our household does use many of these things and our soap dishes are washed in the same sink as our household dishes, so there's a very, very slight chance of cross-contamination. If you are highly allergic to anything in particular, it is best to avoid purchasing our products, for now. In the future, we may have separate manufacturing space available, and be able to eliminate all possibility of cross-contamination. 

What conventions are you going to be at?

Take a look at our "Events" page to find out which conventions we have scheduled for this year! Sometimes we are attending and you will be able to pick up your order after scheduling a date/time with us. Other times we will have a booth or a table available - we will provide this information as soon as we have it!

When are orders shipped?

Because our products are handcrafted using ingredients that can potentially melt in the heat, we ship orders on Mondays and Wednesdays. That way, your order will spend less time in a shipping warehouse and arrive to you as quickly as possible. 

We send out orders in the order that they are received, and some times of year are busier than others. If you have a deadline for arrival that needs to be met (you need it before the con!) please contact us before ordering to be sure we can meet your deadline. 

How can I pay?

We use PayPal as our payment processor, so we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Or, you can pay using your PayPal balance.

Is your site secure?

Yes. You pay directly through PayPal, so we never even see your credit card number; PayPal just tells us that you've paid and we ship you your order.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to buy?

No, you can pay with your credit card without a PayPal account.
